Smoke stamps every foal with his quiet, level-headed temperament and good work ethic.  Every colt and filly he has produced look just like him.  They have dense bone, short ears, thick manes and tails, kind, intelligent eyes and his overall short coupled powerful build.  This includes the colt he produced with a spotted draft mare, as well as colts & fillies with morgan mares. 

We trail ride Smoke with mixed company. We don't have a cart or harness but he drags logs and firewood around the property in a utility sled attached to his saddle.  He loves being useful and has a wonderful work ethic.  

When I want to show people what ground work online and at liberty should look and feel like he's my go-to horse.
